It has now been established that the intestinal microbiota (CM) is one of 11 links in pathogenesis type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2). Th e fact when composition BM disrupted and concentration its active metabolites changes, processes synthesis secretion incretin hormones are disrupted, homeostasis carbohydrates fats body central regulation appetite change, chronic infl ammation insulin resistance peripheral tissues develop. review discusses possible ways impairing eff ect patients with T2DM through prism metabolites, correcting altered drugs.A systematic literature search was carried out using Scopus, PubMed, Web Science databases.
